Cosfest X.2

Hey people!! i am back for more review again!!! yeah recently i have attended another great event of the year.. It is the cosfest X.2 dumbies!! It is actually a 2 days event and i only went on the second day.. Well it is good enough for me.. This is the second anime related event i went.. The crowd is overwhelming.. I can see many familiar faces with all the awesome cosplays.. Yes and this time luckily i have a galaxy S phone with me and a camera (Belongs to my friend).. But it was i who took the pic okay :D So yeah have no worries with the quality !! I have also bought a small one piece post card and a A2 size K On poster!! Not too bad eh... Without further a do lets get on!!






















Oh man!! first off we have red ranger from mighty morphine.. Really reminds me of my childhood.. Come on you do not have a childhood if you don't watch power ranger.. I should say it definitely make a good entrance !!






















Yes, of course we have vocaloids.. A must have in any anime events.. Uh we have a royal miku and luka here.. Quite rare i should say.. Good sight!! :D






















Okay some girl with a giant fan and a katana... I am not very sure.. Probably from some fighting anime ... Well definitely looks pretty to me... Nicely done i should say!!!

















Okay some gothic cosplayer that i took.. If i am not mistaken , judging from its blonde hair, it should be misa from death note... Well looks quite alright to me.






















Haha we have some akatsuki members from naruto and of course Kakashi!!.. It is obvious that he is doing thousand years of pain to tobi.. Pretty epic eh.. This is definitely some thing entertaining!! xD

















Finally some people from one piece.. Did not see much in AFA.. So i am glad to see them here... Yes we have Robin, luffy and nami!! Well quite a unique cosplaying :D

















Oh we have some vocaloids again... I find them especially cute.. One of my favourite vocaloids group there.. They are definitely one of the best out there.. Giving the taste of simplicity!! Great job!

















Woah what do we have here.. We have the entire gang from aoi no exorcist. This is my first time seeing one.. This is the ultimate image people!! Really happy to see one.. Nice cosplaying!!!

















Yeah this is really to my surprise.. We have kamen rider eternal from the kamen rider double series... Nice pose aye!!!

















Okay some people from madoka... Well it is better than the ones i have seen in AFA... Heard from my friend that it is a pretty nice anime.. but well still not in my interest range yet.. Nice one!!

Come on it is the kagamine twins from the vocaloids... Len and rin.. One of my favourite vocaloids... I cannot recognise the female character beside them holding a sphere or a staff... But she definitely looks stunning!! Well this is definitely an awesome pair!!

















Oh expectedly here is another miku... She is holding a PSP so maybe she is advertising it? ahhaha so make sure to show your support... Keep up the good work!!!

















Oh finally something new to me... We have tsubaki from blazeblue... She is a new character in blazeblue 2 i guess.. So i do not know much about this character..

















Oh vocaloids again... You can never get tired of them... However this time the cosplayers are guys... Looks okay to me.. Have to commend them for their courage.. Good try!!

















Woah we have a akai character here.... She really looks bloody red to me... My kind of colour definitely... She also looks beautiful eh...I not very sure who she is though..maybe mortal combat? but anyways good stuff...

Okay this is something really new.. i doubt anybody will even think of cosplaying this.. We have tiger of the wind from monster rancher... Some anime that i watch when i was young.. nt too bad eh... The person who cosplay this definitely deserve our applause.. Nice cosplaying !

Oh we have wendy from fairy tail dumbos!!! Okay she is definitely suitable for this role with her chibi size. Quite cute too me.. Well good stuff :D and she was very polite too...

Hahahas how can you miss out guan yu from dynasty warriors... I was definitely shocked to see him there... Totally unexpected.. I was like wth is he there.. He has attracted quite a lot of attention.. If i am nt wrong he is some uncle... Oh mann so rare to see uncle cosplaying.. Good stuff!!!

















WE have the soldiers from call of duty fools!! definitely something that cannot be missed.. Well i am not really into these gaming stuffs.. Just looks interesting to me..

Okay definitely something refreshing for me.. We have Haruhi and witch probably in The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi. Have yet to watch this anime... i heard from my friend saying that this anime is pretty alright.. shall try it soon... The haruhi definitely looks cute!!!

















Okay this is definitely awesome.. You can never get sick of cute girls in maid costume.. Okay this is kind of personal i guess.. i always have fetish for maid costume.. but you have to admit the person itself are good too...

Okay some unfamiliar character again.. but i heard from my friend that he is some character from devil may cry? not really in to it... anw nice cosplaying !!!


















Oh oh what do we have here? A fearsome blazeblue trio... Its noel, jin and ragna here!! The definitely look awesome together... Well i hope to see the entire gang in the next event mann.... Good stuff!!!

















Of course, i also went to see the live show since it is free.. First off we have this 4 people coming up to sing live... Woah i was shocked.. They sung japanese song mind you... Their first song was lacrimosa from the black butler and oblivious from some other anime.. These 2 songs are master piece by Kalafina.. I even went home to find the songs... Yeah they definitely put up a good show.. the way they sang has their own unique taste.. so good job!

















Next we have this girl again live singing shine days by girls dead monster from angel beats.. Well i should say not too bad.. she was trying to get the crowd to follow her.. but due to some reason only a minor few were.. feel pity for her... anw good effort!!

















Follow up we have this cosplay guys singing some songs that i am not very familiar with.. Apparently he has done a pretty good job getting the crowd attention and making them follow him.. However, he was shouting halfway which i dk why... anw nice one!

















Hoho we have another cosplayer singing while the guy beside her was playing the tunes... Her song was Departures ~Anata ni Okuru Ai no Uta~ by egoist from guilty crown.. Her voice was beautiful... To me i think she is the best among all.. no offence here... But i was definitely captivated by her awesome singing.. cheers!!!




Well this marks the end of my post on Cosfest X.2 . This is definitely an awesome event.. For those who missed it for some reasons, do not worry.. From what i heard there is another cosfest in july.. so get hype people!!!another good news is that AFA 2012 is confirmed to be held in nov again!! woah so many events coming up so make sure to be there... Okay there is also one thing that i hope poeple can take note of.. When you are taking pictures of the cosplayer, please do not be so demanding mann.. They are not paid for you to be ordered around.. So just please considerate.. Thank you!!! Well the cosplayer definitely did a great job... So claps hand for their effort... Lets hope to see them again soon definitely!!! Stay tune for my top 7 cosplayers!!

Favourite anime characters Part 2

Hey guys!! ready for more updates.. Feeling kind of down recently so yeah lets take a break from anime reviews.. So i will be doing character impression again :D ever since from my last post on character impression, i have watch many anime's with a lot of characters which are awesomely cool !! Yeah so hope you like it and now lets move on!!!However, do take note as there may be some spoiler X:



First off we have Euciwood hellscythe also known as Yuu for short from ''Kore wa zombie desu ka?'' . Yes, she is in fact one of the main and starting character in the story. She is always seen wearing an amour all the time and communicating to other people by writing on her small note book. She is a freaking strong necromancer that can just kill people with just mere words. Cool i have to say aye? One of the few females characters that i liked :D



Next off of course we have Emma ai from jigoku shoujo. She plays a very important role in the anime itself. Like the titles implies, she is also known as jigoku shoujo or Hell girl that acts as a tool of revenge. Anybody that has a grudge against someone can just simply write their name on the hell correspond and Ai would send them straight to hell however the requester would also be sent to hell after they die. Every often Ai is seen wearing a school uniform with a black long hair and ruby eyes. She looks emotionless on the outside however her feelings for people is incomparable. She looks pretty cute but at the same time creepy to me. This whats attracts me.











Yes finally a guy, we have Sakurai tomoki from sora no otoshimono. If you ask me, i will say that he is truly the king of harem. He is perverted in nature who always peek at other changing and etc. His motto is ''Living a piece and quiet life'' which is also my motto. In the anime, he is surrounded by many angeloids that has awesome figures that you can die for and of course lolis. He is truly someone that every guy look up too. Although he may have a perverted nature. However, when it comes to his friends, without hesitation he will save them no matter what it takes. Quite a reliable guy i should say. I think this is what captivates the other female characters around her.




















Okay finally we have something huge coming up. Yes we have Rias gremory from Highschool DxD. Quite a new anime that is ending soon. Rias is a highly skilled demon that is the next heir in line to the gremory clan. She is also known as the crimson princess of the ruin due to her red hair. She also have several loyal subordinates under her. She definitely has a devilish body that is on par with the angeloids from sora no otoshimono. Truly any guy will like her if he is in the right state of mind. Although her power is so freaking strong, however she has a weak and fragile heart. Her angelic face with devilish figures that has a contrast personality is definitely appealing.



Uh finally someone from one of the longest ongoing anime. Yes, we have Ururu from bleach. Although she is only one of the side characters, you can still see her appearing in many of the scenes. She works as an assistance in the Urahara shop. She actually has a unique appearance in the anime. She is a young looking girl with pink blush on her cheeks. She also has 2 strands of her fringe in the middle of her face and has two pony tails. She has a very shy personality and is polite to people around her. Despite her child like and chibi figure, she in fact is very strong that has a fighting capabilities that is on par with a shinigami. One of her usual weapon is firing missiles at her opponent. She is one interesting character aye? :D

Kore wa zombie desu ka?

Hey hey people!!! It has been a few days since i blog.. Well i was just hoping to finish some anime that i am finishing.. As you know i am watching tons and tons of anime.. So yeah you can expect a lot of reviews in the future :D Okay the topic of today ''Kore wa zombie desu ka'' or ''I am a zombie?''. From the title, you know it has something to do with zombie. However, it is nothing like the ones in resident evil. In fact it is the total opposite. Instead of expecting some gore scenes with blood everywhere, you can only see a lot of funny ass related stuffs in the anime. Of course it still has fightings, romance and also school life. The funny elements in this case is still the main stuff. It has a total of 12 episodes and 1 OVA which is actually a episode 13. My rating for this anime is 8/10 .























The story kicks starts off with the main character who is a normal teenage boy , Aikawa Ayumu. However, on one fateful day his life totally changed when he was killed by a serial killer for no reason. When he wakes up, he was shocked to see that he was alive which later he learnt that he has been revived as a zombie by a necromancer named Eucliwood hellscythe also known as Yu.In return for being revives as a zombie, ayumu becomes very weak under the sunlight, however the trade off is that he becomes a immortal and gain super human strength.He then started serving yu who is wearing an amour all the time and not talking for some reasons .

By a twist of fate, he met a mahou shoujo, haruna and took her powers unwillingly. Now ayumu has no choice but to take her place to fight against some creatures also known as ''Megalo'' . For some reason, sera a vampire ninja came to find Yu for some help. Through some turns of events, Yu, ayumu, sera and haruna started living together and going through some crazy experiences.



Here comes the reviews part. Like i say just now, kore wa zombie desu ka is a freaking funny ass anime that is on par with any similar anime out there.It does not really have a solid plot and some parts of the story does not make any sense.However, who need sense when it is funny!! Having a funny genre playing a big part in this anime, it makes the whole anime looks like some watch for fun anime without any seriousness in it. To be fair, this anime still trys to be serious in some parts and it is perfectly alright. Apart from being a funny ass anime, it is actually also a everyday harem anime. Yes, likewise the main character is surrounded by nothing but girls. In this part it does a good job i guess.

It has a large character range. It has a mixture of lolis and girls with awesome figures. So how can you be bored of the characters when you have so many to choose from. The personality of the characters are good too because some personality are really unique among all the anime i have watched. So sure there are some characters that would stays in your memories. The fightings scenes are not too bad, with some seriousness in it. However, in most of the fighting parts, there are still some funny ass scene in it. Saying all these, the fightings are still pretty good. The ending i feel is only fairly okay, which does not have a solid one. However, it has a smooth ending that is not sudden which i think that it did a pretty good job here.



For the song parts, i should say it is not too bad which is pretty catchy at some time.It has one opening and one ending with a few insert songs. So here goes:

1. Ma-Ka-Se-Te Tonight by Iori Nomizu (Opening 1)

2. Kizuite Zombie-sama, Watashi wa Classmate Desu by Rie Yamaguchi (Ending 1)

Among all, Ma-Ka-Se-Te Tonight is my favourite. It only becomes catchy after i hear it a few times. Of you guys can try it :DD Well all in all, kore wa zombie desu ka? is a really awesome anime with its comic relief first class. So if you want something smooth, bits of fightings, funny ass scene, loli's, awesome figures , relaxing and short, this is definitely the one for you !! Well happy watching...

Hey sup people!! Lets carry on with more anime reviews... Yes, i have been really busy watching many many things (anime, drama, movies and etc...)After watching so much things, how can i not review right :D Okay the main topic of today would be ''needless'' . I know at first the title does not make any sense. I can only say this anime is the anime version of ''X-men'' . i do not mean that the characters and plot are similar or whatsoever. I meant the concept is some how similar which some mutation takes place that gives human powers.. Sounds cool? Hell yeah, you can expect some awesome fightings and also freaking hilarious gags!! It has a total of 24 episodes. My rating for this anime is 8/10 .



Needless is set in the year 2130 in the near future after world war 3. The war has caused devastating damage to tokyo and leaves a gigantic crater in the middle of it which is also known as the black spot. Those living in the black spot is treated as an outcast from the rest of the city. Because of an unknown ''contamination'' due to the after effect of the wars, it causes some people living in the black spots to gain mysterious powers. Their powers are also called ''fragments'' and these people are then called ''needless'' .

In the center of the black spot, there lies an organisation namely ''simeon'' and the leader ''Adam arclight'' and his powerful minions strikes fear throughout the whole black spot. Due to some unknown reasons, they started the ''needless hunt'' in which many innocent needless fall prey to. By coincidence, cruz a survivor of ''resistance'' a group that oppose the simeon was saved by adam blade. Through some turns of events, cruz team up with blade and his other friends started to clash against the simeon. Along the journey, they met many new friends and the truth behind blade and arclight past also reveals itself.



Okay the synopsis of ''needless'' may seems pretty serious. However let me tell you , needless is actually one hell of a funny ass anime. Yes you can expect to see a lot of freaking funny ass scene. Totally thumbs up!!! Of there are still some scenes that are still really serious.However in really many serious scene, in half way there will be some sort of funny parts that would pop out. It is not a climax breaker of something, the anime is just unique in this way :D Plot wise, i feel that it has a solid one..

Okay the fighting scenes are really superior in this anime. The good thing here is that not just guys are fighting here, there is also hell lot of pretty and cute girls fightings. Come on nobody can get enough of it... so yay!!! Okay the character wise is awesome.. They each have their own unique capabilities and abilities which you can never forget. There too have a wide variety of characters so it can be kind of hard to remember all the names. It also has a lot of fan service which just spice up things..

Of course after saying so much good things, there are still some minor bad points. As much to my disappointment, the graphic is not really up to my expectations. Partly due to the age of this anime. However, it is still quite watchable. Also the ending is just too sudden and fast. So i feel they could just extend it by one episode to finish the ending properly. This will be more satisfying for the audience.



The songs in this anime are pretty okay for me. It has 2 openings and 2 endings. The songs really suits the anime. The endings are those typical cute songs and unexpectly i like it too.. cute songs do not really interest me much in normal case, however the two endings has captured my attention. Really hard to come by.. So here goes:

1. Modern Strange Cowboy by Granrodeo (OP 1)

2. Aggressive Zone by Needless Girls+ (ED 1)

3. Scarlet Bomb! by Aki Misato (OP 2)

4. Wanted! For The Love by Needless Girls+ (ED 2)


Well the opening in this case is fairly okay.. Anyway it is good stuff so why not try and listen to it :D Okay all in all needless is sometime really special and definitely one of the better animes. If not for its poor graphics, it will deinitely deserve a higher score. So for those lolicons lovers that love tons of pretty and cute girls and for guys who like awesome fans service and superior fightings. This is the anime for you.. Well happy watching !!

Gosick

Hey people!! Omg it has been quite some time since i blog.. As you know is holiday and i am watching tons of anime so pardon me alright xD Well lets get back on with anime reviews.. Today's topic which i feel is quite interesting that is ''Gosick''. I know the title does not reveal much about the anime. When i first came across the title, i was like wth is this until my friend told me all about it. It is actually a detective based story. So throughout the whole episodes, you can expect mysteries and mysteries. Of course there are some comic relief every here and there. It has a total of 24 episodes. My rating for this anime is 8/10 .



Gosick takes place in 1942 in a small European country namely sauville. One of the main character in the story, kazuya kujo the third son of a japanese imperial soldier transfers into st marguerite academy where urban legends and horror stories are taken seriously. As soon as kujo enters the academy, he was given the nickname of the shinigami of the spring because of one of the legend in the school and partly due to his black hair. So nobody dares to go near him as it is believed that he will bring misfortune.

By a twist of fate, he met victorique, a girl that is cute, doll like and at the same time smart at the top of the library. She does not attend classes and spends her day in the library reading mountain of books. Like kujo, she is also given a nickname as the golden fairy of the library due to her blonde hair and cute appearance that is believed to help anybody to solve anything but at the price of the requester soul. Through some turn of event, kujo and victorique began to solve mysteries together. Even though they oppose each other at the start, as the story progress their bonds began to deepen. Also the secret of the victorique past and identity also starts to un reveal itself.



At first the anime may seem like mystery genre anime (like detective cona) , however it is not really the case. I should say the mystery part is only part of them. This anime actually focus more on the character development. What i mean is like the meeting of new characters and the relationship between the characters. To be fair, i have to say the mystery part still plays a important role in this anime.

For the character wise i should say it does a pretty good job. Lets starts from the appearance, the female lead for instance has a very small body and a blonde hair while the male lead is tall and has black hair. It is not exactly similar but i can say it makes them quite compatible when you put them together. Now for the personality, victorique is awesomely smart while kujo is not the brainy type thats gets in trouble all the time where victorique always came to his rescue. So all of these contrast really helps to strengthen the characters.

For the plot wise, i should say it does not really has a solid plot but rather it has a interesting one. Also the twist at some part of the story is strong but not a very good one. Like most of the anime, the comic relief gets lesser and lesser as the episodes progress towards the end which makes it fairly tense and a bit boring.Some parts of the story is also kind of complicated and confusing which is not well explained in the anime. I am also a bit disappointed in the ending. I not saying that it is not good in fact it is very touching and impactful. How do i say, it is just not satisfying enough for me. Well although the story focuses a lot on the two main lead characters, but the side characters is also important in the story development.



Now time for the song part, it actually has one opening, two endings and one insert. For a 24 episode anime, i feel that the amount is fairly good enough. so here goes:

1. Destin Histoire by Yoshiki Lisa (OP 1)

2. Resuscitated Hope by Lisa Komine (ED 1)

3. Unity by Lisa Komine (ED 2)

4. Barairo no Jinsei ~La Vie en Rose~ by Miyuki Sawashiro (Insert)


Well my personal favorutite is destin histoire a song with a fairly fast pace. It is like those song that is not attractive at first but love it after hearing a few times. All in all this anime is quite a good one i should say. It is quite a unique one among all the anime i have watched. I think this anime scores its points from the characters the most. I also strongly recommend this anime to lolicons lovers and people who like mysteries. This is definitely the one for you. Happy watching :D

Shimokita glory days

Hey hey people!! I am here to do some reviews again... However i am doing something different for a change... I will be doing a drama review instead... Yeah fear not!! It is a japanese drama which is none other than ''Shimokita glory days''.It is a pretty old drama which is adapted from a manga. Well let me give you a warning first. It is strictly M18. It is not gore or what but with slight nudity sometimes. However in my opinion, NC16 is enough. Sora aoi (if you know who she is xP) is also a cast inside. Okay i admit she is the main reason that i watched this drama and not for the plot. However , after watching this drama, i am dead wrong. It is freaking hilarious and meaningful. Well this is to be expected from a jap drama. At the same time, there are still some scenes that can make you nosebleed. It is a very short drama with only 12 episodes. My rating for this drama is 8/10 .



The story follows a teenage boy, Yuta ono that flees to shimokita (A place in japan) to run away from his father that wanted him to inherit his food business. Yuta true aim is actually to be with his girlfriend, minori by getting into a college as an excuse. By a twist of fate, he finds himself living in nutopia(name of the flat) with 5 beautiful girls. Which he has become a servant as he only can afford to pay a small amount for the rent. So he lives his epic days as he has a hard time studying with the girls trying to seduce him in one way or another. At the same time, yuta also helps to solve the individual problems for the girls and also problems of his own. While Enoki Tsuyako someone who has a grudge with chiho the manager of nutopia for some reason constantly creates trouble for them.



Time for the review!!! How do i say, although this drama contains a lot of scenes not suitable for the young. However, in fact throughout the whole 12 episodes it is pretty touching and meaningful. Other than the erotic scenes, the main scoring point for this drama is actually its hilarious parts. Or should i say that the erotic scenes and the funny parts actually comes hand in hand. For the plot wise, i think it has a fairly simple plot that is easily understandable and a pretty good one.At some part of the story, it can really takes your breathe away and makes you wanna hammer the com.

The characters i should say is first class. Even though most of the actors are gravure models, their acting skills are superior. They too also have some awesome figures :P The characters also have their own distinct and unique traits that plays a big role in this drama. So there is really no leading role in this drama, if i must say one it will be the guy. As you watched towards the end, it can get pretty touching. So for those people that are emotionally weak, get some tissue papers ready!! It is also very meaningful in which you can actually learn something from it. So it actually serves its educational purposes.



This drama actually does not really emphasis much on the song part. So there is actually only one opening theme which i feel is fairly okay. suits the theme for the drama but not in my interest range. So here goes:

Okay all in all the drama is quite awesome probably one of the better ones. Definitely worth the time for people to watch. I have to emphasize again, don't watch it infront of your parents. You will be dam awkward. Also if you are under 16, please try to refrain from watching. No offence here xP Well so people who like short dramas that is meaningful, touching, good plot, seductive and filled with girls with awesome figures. Stop hesitating and watch it if your are above 16 :P Well thats all for now..
