The main story basically starts and happen in a school. Where there is a legend in the school that talks about the death girl. However, there is no actual believe in it. One day due to some happenings, a magical stone is passed on to 12 different people in which they could see the death girl after they came in contact with the stone. It is also known that when the people with the stone has his mine filled with death, he or she would summon the death girl. The death girl would fulfilled one of the person wish but in exchange that person has to be turn into a stone to support the collapsing death bridge in hell. The story actually involves 12 stories that happened to teenagers that is taken from real life issues. Shen Qi (Aaron yan) , an ordinary student is the exception that can see the death girl due to his brain tumour. As he watched how the death girl fulfilled her task to help people to go through the transition of life and death, he also gradually get to know the secret of her past and eventually fall in love with her....
The story is actually inspired from the Japanese anime, hell girl. Even though it has only 20 episodes, but it actually has a really big content in it. This drama has very few epic scenes because it is a very serious drama since it talks about life and death. I should say the plot is pretty good and creative but solid enough. What i mean is that you cant really see how the story flows.
One of the good points of this drama is that it actually covers a wide range of people, issues and relationship. Some of these examples are gay, lesbian, gangsters , love relationship between student and teacher and so on.. So you can see that it really talks of life as a whole. This is a good and unique point as there is a lot of more option for the watcher to comment and think. Another good point of this drama is that it is really organised and not messy at all. As i mentioned above, it talks about 12 different stories in just 20 episode. This is already just pure amazing. The best of it is that it is very organised. It is really easy to understand the story and remember the characters. To me, a good drama is a drama that has a interesting plot and easy to digest. Another thing is that it actually teaches a great deal of morals about life which i find is very meaningful as some things you just cant learnt it in school.
Of course, there are still some bad points. The drama is so serious to a point that it makes the story really boring at times. So i feel that the story would be better if they were to raise the epic content so compensate for the seriousness. To me, having contrast is always good. Another bad point is that some part of the story really does not make sense that makes it really hard to understand. So if they can just simplified and make the story clearer by just a bit, it would be dam awesome!!!!
Now for the song part. The songs really do match the drama but it just not to my liking. So you can try listen to it and maybe you would like it.

Even the songs in this drama gives the feelings of death. This drama is kinda sadist. At the same time, you can really learnt a lot of things from it. Sometimes death is really not an option when you want to protect your love ones. Overall this drama is awesome!!!Sadist but overwhelmed with feelings :DDD
