The story kicks starts off with the main character who is a normal teenage boy , Aikawa Ayumu. However, on one fateful day his life totally changed when he was killed by a serial killer for no reason. When he wakes up, he was shocked to see that he was alive which later he learnt that he has been revived as a zombie by a necromancer named Eucliwood hellscythe also known as Yu.In return for being revives as a zombie, ayumu becomes very weak under the sunlight, however the trade off is that he becomes a immortal and gain super human strength.He then started serving yu who is wearing an amour all the time and not talking for some reasons .
By a twist of fate, he met a mahou shoujo, haruna and took her powers unwillingly. Now ayumu has no choice but to take her place to fight against some creatures also known as ''Megalo'' . For some reason, sera a vampire ninja came to find Yu for some help. Through some turns of events, Yu, ayumu, sera and haruna started living together and going through some crazy experiences.
Here comes the reviews part. Like i say just now, kore wa zombie desu ka is a freaking funny ass anime that is on par with any similar anime out there.It does not really have a solid plot and some parts of the story does not make any sense.However, who need sense when it is funny!! Having a funny genre playing a big part in this anime, it makes the whole anime looks like some watch for fun anime without any seriousness in it. To be fair, this anime still trys to be serious in some parts and it is perfectly alright. Apart from being a funny ass anime, it is actually also a everyday harem anime. Yes, likewise the main character is surrounded by nothing but girls. In this part it does a good job i guess.
It has a large character range. It has a mixture of lolis and girls with awesome figures. So how can you be bored of the characters when you have so many to choose from. The personality of the characters are good too because some personality are really unique among all the anime i have watched. So sure there are some characters that would stays in your memories. The fightings scenes are not too bad, with some seriousness in it. However, in most of the fighting parts, there are still some funny ass scene in it. Saying all these, the fightings are still pretty good. The ending i feel is only fairly okay, which does not have a solid one. However, it has a smooth ending that is not sudden which i think that it did a pretty good job here.
For the song parts, i should say it is not too bad which is pretty catchy at some time.It has one opening and one ending with a few insert songs. So here goes:

Among all, Ma-Ka-Se-Te Tonight is my favourite. It only becomes catchy after i hear it a few times. Of you guys can try it :DD Well all in all, kore wa zombie desu ka? is a really awesome anime with its comic relief first class. So if you want something smooth, bits of fightings, funny ass scene, loli's, awesome figures , relaxing and short, this is definitely the one for you !! Well happy watching...
